Shoppism is an online service that lets shop owners run their shop website and business. By creating an account or using Shoppism you agree to these terms.
1. Your account
- Give correct details when you sign up and keep your password secret.
- You are responsible for everything done with your account and by the staff you add.
- We review new shops before they go live and may decline a sign-up.
2. What you must not do
- Sell illegal, fake, stolen or banned goods.
- Mislead customers, run fake offers or send spam.
- Try to break Shoppism’s security or see other shops’ data.
If this happens we may suspend or close the shop.
3. Plans and payment
- Plan prices and features are shown on our pricing page and may change from time to time.
- After a free trial, the plan must be paid to keep using the service. For now, payment is made to us directly.
- If a payment is late, the shop may be suspended. Your data is not deleted straight away.
4. Your data
Your shop’s data (products, orders, customers) belongs to you. We keep it only to run the service. See the Privacy policy for details.
5. The service
We work to keep Shoppism running and secure, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted or free of errors. Keep your own copy of important information.
6. Changes
If we change these terms we will say so on the website. Using Shoppism after a change means you accept the new terms.
